• Surfaces to be treated must be free of oil, grease, dust, and loose or flaking rust.
• If the surface has been treated with OXI KIT Neutralizer, , wait at least 24 hours before applying OXI KIT Protective.
• Apply the product to a dry surface using a brush or roller, applying 1 to 3 coats, with at least 12 hours between each coat.

OXI KIT Protective

A transparent protective coating with a satin finish for surfaces made of iron, sheet metal, Corten steel, and ferrous metals. When applied to rusted surfaces or Corten steel, it halts the progression of the oxidation process and preserves the natural appearance of the rust.

OXI KIT Neutralizer

Neutralizing solution to be used after the metal oxidation phase, carried out by means of OXI KIT Activator.

Stabilizes the oxidation process and eliminates acidic residues, preparing the substrate for the final protection phase.

Instructions for use

After treating with OXI KIT Activator, apply the product to the dry surface using a brush or sprayer. Leave on for about ten minutes and rinse with clean water. Allow to dry at least 24 hours (away from rain and high humidity), and then apply OXI KIT Protective

OXI KIT Activator

Oxidizing solution that reacts with ferrous metals, accelerating the process of iron oxide formation. Applied to iron, sheet metal or ferrous steels, it quickly and individually creates rust. On Corten steel it accelerates the oxidative process, allowing the desired rust effect to be achieved in less time.

Instructions for use

Grease the surface to be treated well and sand it superficially to remove any impurities, calamine layer and antioxidant agents.

Apply a coat of product using a brush, sponge or sprayer, evenly covering the surface completely or partially, depending on the effect you want to achieve.

Let the product act and, if necessary, repeat the application until the desired degree of oxidation is achieved.

Wash the entire surface with plenty of water to remove any residue and proceed with the application of OXI KIT Neutralizer to stop the oxidation process.
